Deposit Information
Late/No show
A $30 non-refundable deposit is required for all retwists, starter locs and natural hair braids. A $50 non-refundable deposit is required for all hair extention braids. Your deposit goes towards your service and only the remaining balance will be due when you come in for your appointment. There will be a 15 minutes grace period but anyone who arrives more than 15 minutes late or doesn't show up at all, will lose their deposits and another deposit will be required at the time of rescheduling. If there is an available opening later in the SAME day, we will reschedule you for later in THAT day and honor your deposit. If there is NO more availability for that day, deposits will be lost and a new deposit will be required when rescheduling, even if you are rescheduling for the very next day so please be on time! Deposits can be paid through cashapp $empressivycrowns or by drop off at shop location

Reschedule/Cancelation
For appointments rescheduled within 72 hours (3 days), deposits will be applied to rescheduled appointments. Failure to reschedule within 72 hours of appointment will result in loss of deposit. Cancelations at anytime will result in loss of deposit so please book accordingly.
